However, compared with the study of the enterprise's core competitiveness the core competitiveness of the University is not mature, not only study of management, decision-making, the application of the core competitiveness of the university is deficienct, but also the issues in what is the core competitiveness, What are the basic elements of composition and how the core competitiveness of the University of scientific and objective evaluation have failed to create consistent point of view.Based on the core competitiveness of the theory this thesis defines the content of the core competitiveness of the University and then use survey by the University of refining the core competitiveness of the constituent elements, will combine qualitative and quantitative, using AHP (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation of methods, and establish a scientific and rational concise evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive model, the core competitiveness of the University of objective, scientific, comprehensive evaluation. Finally, on the basis of science and objective evaluation of the core competitiveness of the university this thesis identify a set of nurture, maintain and enhance core competitiveness of the university of the effective ways and strive to form their own core competitiveness, what has important strategic significance in the great change and development.
