Currently,our economy is booming and the income level of citizens continues to increase.Moreover,the post-80 s parents and post-90 s parents stepped on the scene of history,These two generations attach the utmost significance to the schooling of their offspring.and the extent of their children’s learning.At the meantime,our economy is in good shape,so the high-income population is expanding.Due to the above reasons,international schools have expanded extremely,since the first official international school was launched in China in the 1980 s.and international education has been going on through 40 years of wind and rain.In addition,the volume of primary and secondary school learners studying abroad is on the rise year after year,and international education is beginning to cover the full range of student learning,however,as more and more investors jump into the field,the market is facing increasingly fierce competition,which brings unprecedented tension and challenges to executives.How to get rid of the negative situation in the intense competition;how to gain a sustainable development by obtaining a competitive advantage,and how to cultivate a company’s core competence so that it can maintain its market share.In this context,this thesis investigates the teaching objectives and campus settings of FY Education Group.Initially,the circumstance of the core competitiveness of the education group was analyzed through SWOT with full consideration of the industry characteristics of international education.Secondly,the value chain theory and other tools were used to select the indicators and the connotation of each indicator was elaborated.A total of 4 level 1 indicators and12 level 2 indicators were selected,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the core competitiveness of FY Education Group.Based on the evaluation results,it can be seen that FY Education Group has deficiencies in human resource quality and market competitiveness,etc.Finally,based on these deficiencies,suggestions for the advancement of FY’s core competitiveness,such as making the curriculum more systematic and up-to-date,are illustrated.After evaluating the core competitiveness of FY Group,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The affiliation degree of strong core competitiveness is 0.331,stronger0.335,average 0.236,and weak 0.0982,and using the basic criterion of maximum affiliation degree,FY’s core competitiveness is "strong".2.Based on the results given by experts,the core competitiveness of the group is "strong" in terms of group management ability and talent cultivation ability,with the highest values of membership degree(0.464 and 0.376)respectively.Similarly,in terms of market competitiveness,the group is "strong".The quality level of human resources shows an "average" state.
