Pupils To Reducing The Educational Policy Design

Reducing the burden on the students or pupils has been a long-standing problem. For many years, the phenomenon of excessive burden on students has been focused on by many people, but still can not be really solved. "Reducing the heavy burden on the pupils' has become the emphases of the leaders of each department in charge of different decades."Recently, our president Hu Jintao, has mentioned to reduce the academic burden on primary and middle school students on the Seventeenth Congress of the cpc again .We can see that this is a worthwhile thing for us to do. Lately, the primary curriculum is more and more difficult, and there are more operations, examinations, contests in each term. Meanwhile, pupils sleep less, has less sports time, moral education activities, life skills trainings and less creative activities. In such circumstances, the heavy burden even gives them extensive mental stress. It not only deprived the childlike innocence and fun in their childhood, but also seriously hampered their development. It damages their physical and mental health. Under the heave burden, many of the pupils' physical health declined, many of them are suffering from myopia, spine bending, or even diseases such as neurasthenia. And the number of such students continues increasing. All these things impact of the promotion of quality education.Based on the above phenomenon, the thesis introduced the concept and different types of the pupils' burden. Then, try to find out the various reasons of their burden. Based on these things, the author analyses the relativity between the management from the department of education administration and the heavy burden. It is seemed that if we ameliorate the behavior of the department of education administration we can lighten the burden of the pupils to some extend. In order to prove my own suppose, the author design the questionnaire about their studying burden and did a survey in three different primary schools in J district. It is now very clearly that Educational administrative departments are extremely important to alleviate the burden of the primary and secondary school students. Finally, the author put forward his own shallow understanding of the policies designing. And hope to afford some useful ideas to relive their burden in the near future.
