The problem of over-burden of primary and secondary school students in basic education is a major sticking point in the education problem,which has become a kind of resistance to the current implementation of liberal education.Education is vital to the future of a country,to the revitalization of a nation,and to every family.The problem of reducing the burden of the compulsory education has attracted the attention of the whole society because of its particularity.Although the government continues to issue the policy to promote the implementation of burden reduction,but the problem of burden reduction has not been solved.This paper wants to study the implementation and perfection of the policy of reducing the burden from the perspective of the problems arising from the issue and implementation of the policy,and to understand the status quo of the implementation of the policy of reducing the burden by means of questionnaire survey and interview This paper analyzes the game among the interest demands from the perspective of different interest subjects,so as to analyze the root of the problem of carrying out and perfecting the policy of reducing burden.Finally,based on the analysis of the survey data and the game results,some suggestions are given for the compulsory education to play a better role in the policy.The thesis is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods of the thesis topic;the second part is the theoretical part of the thesis,which defines the main concepts in the thesis And collated the literature at home and abroad,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the article.In the third part,firstly,the policy background and content of the burden-reducing policies in our country since the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China are sorted out.Secondly,some relative methods of reducing the burden are arranged in order to pave the way for the follow-up study.Comparing the results of the survey with the policy requirements of the burden reduction policy,it is concluded that the implementation of the current burden reduction policy has not reached the expected goal of the policy,and there are still some improvements to be made In the process of carrying out the policy of compulsory education burden reduction,different interest subjects are involved,and the conflict game between different interest subjects based on the behavior of maximizing interest affects the implementation of the Policy The sixth part is mainly on how to improve the policy of reducing the burden to better implement the policy,overcome the problems arising from the policy and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.It is suggested that the talent evaluation system should be perfected and the quality-oriented education should be combined with the examination-oriented education.It is suggested to perfect the talent evaluation system,establish the supervision responsibility system to ensure the implementation of the policy,and establish a long-term mechanism to reduce the burden,with efficiency increase as a strong guarantee for the policy of Compulsory Education At the same time,it provides opportunities and approaches for different interest subjects to pursue their interests.
