Along with the deep thought of thinking in images of science, as well as mathematics education development, it already became the main melody of mathematics education reform that raising student's innovative ideologies and sharpening the innovation abilities. Mathematical thinking gradually becomes an important research topic of mathematics education. There exists a profound problem in education teaching practice, that is, too much attention is paid on the improvement of logical thinking but the neglect of the ability about thinking in images. This paper firstly offers the analysis of psychological process about thinking in images. In mathematics activities, mathematics physical images firstly transforms human's consciousness image through human's sense of organ, which is the main effect received under mathematics physical image stimulation, and it is the reflection to mathematics physical image. Besides, the characteristics of thinking in image are studied in this paper, which includes the iconicity, the hierarchical, dive logical and the forms: representation, association, and imagination. Through my teaching practice and the analysis of thinking in images in the middle-school student mathematics study, it can promote the understanding and extraction of mathematics knowledge, is helpful in the solution of mathematics question statements and can advance the coordination of development function. What's more all of these have the extremely vital significance in mathematics research about thinking in images. The paper draws a conclusion that it is a direct ratio between thinking in images and mathematics scores through questionnaires. Different methodologies in thinking in images are developed on the combination of theory and practice.
