On the basis of the survey report, It points out that it should be made more ways to strengthen the building of the group of teaching staff, such as transforming the educational concept, stabilizing the groups of teaching staff in the private high schools in Dalian, establishing the new management system of facing the market and running schools independently for the teachers, establishing a sound social security mechanism, emphasizing the teachers'receiving on-the-job training , raising the teachers'whole character, establishing the group of teaching staff with well-combined the elder, middle age and young, guaranteeing the legitimate rights and interests of the teachers in the private high schools in Dalian, steadily heightening the professional position of the teachers in the private high schools...
