The educational fairness, as an embodiment of the social justice in educational fields, is a symbol of the social civilization. Since 1990s, the education fairness has become a focus in many countries. Especially, since the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of China in 2005, this subject has become more popular in academic society. It is not only a realistic problem, but also a social problem; not only a theoretical problem, but also a practical problem. Therefore, the research of education fairness needed to be conducted from the theory sense to the practical teaching area. Through this process we finally can better the related theory. Villages (communities) are important parts of a society, which also are necessary starts of research to solve the social education fairness problem. Through the research of one village, we could focus the problem more easily and make it more clearly. This paper attempts to make an examination of the education fairness theory through the research in the Futian Village , and tries to make this theory better. And one more purpose is to seek one practical way to solve the education fairness problem in the ethnic areas.This paper contains introduction, main body and conclusion.The introduction part: the question proposal, the literature review, the research methods, the related concepts, the significance of this paper.The first chapter: Research survey. The author introduced Futian Village's basic situation, the present condition of the using of language, the basic situation of school, the students' main ways of entering high schools, the students' distribution and the students' situation of entering a higher school in recent years.The second chapter: Basic situation in the fieldwork. The author interviewed the parents, teachers and students on topics like the local situation of the education fairness, the main reasons and the ways of solving. This chapter also included the interviews of three ethnic groups like Bai and Han. The description for observing the teachers teaching conditions and classes are also included in this part.The third chapter: The interpretation of the rural education fairness. In this chapter, the author described the local accomplishments of the education fairness and the unfairness aspects in the first two sections. The third section included the causes of the unfairness situation, like the concepts of parents, the quality of teaching, social impact, the course content problem, the cost of education and employment, the local styles of production and life. The fourth section proposed the methods to solve these problems.The fourth chapter: The advanced thoughts on the education fairness. This chapter included the educational unfairness hazards, the main reasons which caused the unfairness situation, the main principles to fulfill the education fairness, the goals and the issues which shall be paid more attention.The last chapter: The study reached conclusions. The author pointed out that the education fairness problem is one important issue to make China a great socialist country.
