Our education problem has been widely concerned; education reform is ceaselessand rising. The employment of college students and the realistic demand contradictionshighlight, while at the same time by mental, emotional, mental problems caused by aseries of problems have been hitherto unknown attention. So, whether the theory or theeducation practices are actively exploring the educational mode transformation.Emotional education of the people-oriented education get more recognition and practiceat home and abroad, however the relevant research on the emotional education, which isstill in the initial stage of development and discussion. On the Chinese emotioneducation, more stays in emotional education as a kind of attachment to traditionaleducation in a teaching method improvement, for example: the affective education inEnglish teaching; emotional education in the ideological and political educationapplication; and emotional education in daily teaching application.Through to the domestic and foreign research on affection education as well as thedevelopment of practice, the author is prone to emotion education research as anindependent system of education research, the author proposed the affection educationdiffers from the traditional concept of emotion education at home and abroad. Thisarticle through to the domestic and foreign education are summarized, which is definedas:"the reason education and emotional education the education the whole process ofeducation and intellectual education, has a complete education system, with thecharacteristics of the stage, different age stage of the educated have different emotionaleducation characteristics. The independent function of education, basic education,professional education, skill education and intellectual education and parallel one kindof education form, its core purpose is to create the education of mental health,personality, integrity of the spirit." It is the innovation of the article. Analysis andprogress of this emotional education, characteristics, as an example, analyze thenecessity of its existence. The article put forward the emotional education, due to thecurrent our country higher occupation education the emotion education content loss,emotional education system is not perfect, in our current educational system inintellectual education as the core of the examination-oriented education, quick catch toimprove student scores. Moral education, sports, aesthetic education in intellectualeducation under the strong marginalized. It is practice of emotional education in content,put forward to the emotion education regularity. In order to put emotional educationoccupation colleges operating norms, separately from the occupation colleges emotioneducation content, teachers strength, the emotion education evaluation system and otheraspects. According to the emotion education development, can promote the currentimplementation is floating in the form of implement quality education.
