Content: Biochemical monitoring of sport training is to train control is a major component of it through the use of biochemical methods and techniques to determine the course of exercise training of a number of athletes in vivo biochemical. For example, physical components such as blood hemoglobin, red blood cells and its parameters as a sports anemia and oxygen transport assessment indicators; evaluation of blood urea as a sports training, as well as evaluation of biochemical diagnostic indicator of fatigue; serum creatine kinase activity as assessed under stimulation and skeletal muscle micro-injury and its adaptation and recovery of sensitive biochemical indicators; assessment of testosterone and cortisol as indicators of fatigue. The movement of the football players the ability to measure and give an objective evaluation, application of scientific training, there is still much work remains to be carried out. Objective:For talented football players during the winter training of the physiological and biochemical analysis of indicators to evaluate the football players during the winter training intensity and volume load, training methods and the rationality of means and effectiveness, as well as for sports training the body to adapt to produce information, such as the restoration of the effect, to help coaches understand the training effect, the right training program evaluation and adjustment.Method: YO-YO this experiment to test the winter training is divided into two phases, based on early physical rehabilitation, physical aerobic, anaerobic training, the main training without the ball; the latter, as well as in technical and tactical-based combat game. In the winter training before the blood monitoring (December 12), and then in the YO-YO test blood for the second time (January 25), data acquisition is the third time in the winter training before coming to an end (March 20).Results: (1) Pre-winter training:A significant drop in red blood cells(P<0.05);Hemoglobin, mean corpuscular volume, hematocrit, testosterone, testosterone and cortisol ratio has a very significant decline in(P<0.01);Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, RDW there were no significant differences(P>0.05);Mean corpuscular hemoglobin, creatine kinase, blood urea, cortisol has a very significant increase(P<0.01).(2)Later winter training:Red blood cells, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular volume, hematocrit, RDW, testosterone, testosterone and cortisol ratio was significantly increased(P<0.01);Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, creatine kinase, blood urea decreased significantly(P<0.01);Cortisol were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)Throughout the winter period:Red blood cells, hemoglobin, red blood cell volume distribution width, creatine kinase, blood urea, testosterone, cortisol was significantly increased(P<0.01);Mean corpuscular volume, hematocrit no significant difference(P>0.05);Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular hemoglobin was significantly decreased(P<0.01);The ratio of testosterone and cortisol decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: (1) The T/C ratio of blood urea, creatine kinase rise to the phenomenon of emergence. That pre-winter training carried out without the ball as well as anaerobic aerobic training, strength is larger for the athletes, the body can not quickly adapt to the phenomenon of cumulative fatigue so early winter.(2) Creatine kinase, blood urea, the decline in cortisol suggest that athletes in the late winter training the body has adapted to the winter training of the training load and training capacity. Red blood cells, hemoglobin, testosterone to improve on the latter part of training for team members to enhance the bodily functions is obvious (3) The late winter and early winter as compared to football players, as well as its parameters and red blood cells have a very testosterone increased significantly on winter training for soccer players of the body has a very significant role in stimulating.
