It has been on the top agenda of higher education to improve its teaching quality, and the evaluation system of teaching quality is its most effective approach.As the scientific references of teaching management,it timely reveals the problems to teaching management,and is good to advance the teaching management in full wings.After so many years of continuous development,the evaluation system has become more systematic.However,there are still existing problems to be solved.In regards of all teaching-related issues and after many face-to-face interviews with teaching faculties and students,this paper provides detailed analysis and discussions into current situations and tabs the common problems with three Res—"Re-understanding, Re-consideration and Re-consummation"Through sufficient face-to-face interviews,it turns out that there is still way to go to make this evaluation system perfect.And at the moment the main body of the evaluation system is still towards the students,taking little considerations of the teaching faculty and school management.However,with the students alone,a sound and comprehensive system could never be found.In view to the evaluation cycle,analysis of school A shows that the evaluation cycle is generally conducted before the end of term examinations,but due to the unique characteristics of teaching,a fixed cycle must fail to reveal the real capability of the teaching faculty and block the result of the real status of the system.Therefore the evaluation cycle should be dynamic rather than static,tailored also to reflect the teaching method as well as the stylistic features.Resorting to the method of Documentation and Interviews,this paper further analyzes the deficiency of the evaluation system of School A,and proposes ways to improve.It updates the main body of the evaluation system,makes amendments to its dimensionality and finalizes with a brand new version,tailored for schools including School A.At the end of this paper,it extends discussions about this brand new system in full wing.
