As the subject of moral education in Schools, teachers play an important role in the moral development of students . Therefore, experts and scholars try to improve the situation of moral education which is very poor now, by raise the teachers'effect of moral education. As for the current studies of teachers'moral effect, strategies were attached great importance to, however, some causes were ignored especially some meditates about teachers'inherent elements. This allows us to blindly believe that as long as the actual improvement of the school system of moral education and moral education environment, as well as teachers'professional development were carried out, teachers will have great moral influence change. In fact, this idea is unilateral. It ignores the main influencing factor of the moral - the teachers. It is mandatory and unreasonable performance in itself in the teachers did not "present" situation, that a series of requirements for teachers to determine the whereabouts of their development. Therefore, the progress of teachers'moral influence lies in the teachers themselves, in the objective cognition about their own moral abilities , in their willing to upgrade from a subjective moral influence, as well as the finding of a suitable moral impact of upgrade path. The topic is on this basis put forward.This topic is divided into three main parts: The first part, it starts by saying that the impact of teachers of moral education is limited, and teachers make a definition of the limited impact on moral education; The second part, considering the direct subject of moral education participation --teachers and students, the limitation of teacher's moral education was explained. And the main attention was given to the constraint of teachers'ability on moral education.Therefore, the impossible space on teachers' moral impact to upgrade exists, of which autonomous development is an effective way to influence, as well as the support of external environment .This part is stated in the following aspects: reform the evaluation system about teachers, culture teachers of self-growth, improve education laws and regulations related to the relevant areas.
