With the science and technology rapid development , and international competition increasingly fierce, the high quality talented person who raises the full scale development has become the time to need. In order to adapt the new social demand, educational circles nationwide scale is carrying on an educational reform in China. The general senior high school music education as one important part of content and method of the esthetic education is the essential organic ingredient of quality education.Under the earnest attention,"general senior high school music curriculum standard (experiment)"promulgates in 2003 and starts in 2005 to implement. The new standard advocates new teaching ideas, identifies new training goals, and makes very big adjustment change from many aspects such as the music teaching ideas, goals, and contents. The new standard attaches importance to the feelings, experience, participation, explore, and cooperation of students in the music activities. It has the positive function to develop student's esthetic ability, raise student's innovative spirit and the practical ability.With the situation of quality education, the most important task for music teaching is how to stimulate students to love music in junior middle school, to lure students into music life, and get a hobby and interests in music. The students will get more chance to touch music through enjoying music, widen their fields of vision, in order to train them to gain a healthy feeling of the beautiful, raise their aesthetic standards, and improve them all aspects harmoniously. Enjoying music is not only showed in class, but also showed in teaching music and music theory, it exists anywhere in music teaching.This paper aims at the status that shows high school students'single music hobby and lower music percipient,it analyse the reasons those affect students'music percipient and the mistake of music education via questionnaire.It proposed that the educator should set up the brand-new education idea,locate accurately,begin with class teaching practice,and base on the theory of pedagogy and music psychology.According to high school students's age characteristic and knowledge structure,it explores flexible and effective teaching method, developments teaching material content,and find a effective way to improve students'music percipient in consummating students'music apperceiving ability,understanding ability and percipienting ability.The article discuss the experiencing teching method which cultivates students'interest of music,the comparative teaching method which leads students to analyse music sanely step by step,and the commentarial teaching method which make students anlayse the music independently by using their music percipient.These gradual course improve students'music percipient and knowledge.They appreciated music from humanities angle associating with their music study.It found a effective way to enhance high school students'music connoisseurship.
