Research On The Construction Of College Counselors' Professionalization And Specialization

The counselor team is an important part of teachers in colleges and universities. That is an important force for social/scholastic stability and promotion of college students. That is the main bearer that plays an important role in the ideological education and day-to-day management. The construction of professionalization and specialization is an inevitable trend for the developing of college counselors ranks, that will help enrich the ideological and political education, conducive the stability, enhance the status of social and academic, and improve the counselors' overall quality and effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, and will help to raise the level of theory study on Counselors. Study on it could enrich ideological and political education of management theory, to provide guidance for the counselor team and individual development have an important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, we used of dialectical analysis, empirical research methods, such as literature. Some studies to examine the theory on professional teams and professional development of college counselors gradually. First, we reviewed the course of professional and specialized counselors .So that we can has a deep understanding of different historical periods and pointed out that deficiencies in the counselors' building. Second, through the professional counselors and specialized construction thinking, defined the responsibilities and duties of counselors, the connotation of professionalization and specialization. And pointed out that today's the importance of specialized construction and feasibility in schools. Finally, through the ranks of professional, specialized construction of the constraints of the analysis, pointed out problems that exist in the counselor building, accordance to the ranks of professional counselors, specialized construction, as well as the ranks of non-professional counselors, non-specialized construction of the status, then raised the goal of professional, specialized construction, through improving the selection of instructors, training, training system, study and research system, management system, security system, the counselor to implement mentoring, job-sharing, and technical experts to implement training system, and other ways to strengthen the ranks of professional counselors, specialized construction.
