Study On The Human Resources Construction Of China's College Counselors Team

As valuable human resources of colleges and universities, counselor is an important part of faculty and administrators team. With the goal of professionalization and specialization, of high-level counselors'team construction turns to be an important step to promote the ideological and political education of college students and to train qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the counselors system was established, China's colleges and universities counselor team construction and counselors'work has made considerable development in the direction of professionalization and specialization. However, in the developing process, there are still some problems needing urgent solution.With the historic and current situation analysis of China's college counselors'work, with the experience drawing of foreign students'affairs team construction, this paper explores the theoretical system construction of counselors'team's professionalization and specialization, and strives to achieve a breakthrough in the concept and scope of the basic theory, and makes it more universal and turn to be a better guide for counselors'team construction. As a result, the counselors come to meet an unprecedented good opportunity. Based history analysis, current situation graping, China and foreign countries'comparing, and policies'nterpreting, this paper has made some suggestions to the university counselors.
