Boundlessness management used to be the concept of business management. It hasn't been introduced into the educational field until these years. In 2000, it was the British academic world who raised it. After that, some people in our country began to research on the boundless courses and so on. However, it is still a completely new task to use the boundlessness management in the class management. Actually this is the content which will be dealt with in this paper. The researcher tries to make some effects on the class management and provide the practice with some reference. The class management plays an important role in the schooling. So let's take a look at the current class management with the concept of boundlessness, break or combine all kinds of borders, which will make the management more efficient and the students have an integrated development. The researcher started a questionnaire survey about the current class management in a nine-year compulsory education school. It has been found that there are still some borders which also exist in some other schools: the teachers work individually; the classes are too narrow; the borders between intramural and extramural are too clear ... All these cause some problems in the class management, which hinder the further improvement of schooling, students' inner qualities and their individuation. According to the survey, the researcher made a classification among these borders and use some related research results to raise some theories and steps. The researcher thinks that there are three kinds of the borders in the class management: first, the border between the teachers' responsibilities, including the border between the class teacher and the ordinary teacher, the border between the ordinary teachers; second, the border between teachers and students, including the border between the supervisor and the supervisee, the border between the initiator and the instructed; third, the outer border of the class management, including the barriers between classes, the distance between the educates inside and outside school, the lack of the resources out of school education and so on. The researcher thinks that we should break the type of class management which focuses on class teachers and all kinds of borders existing in order to increase the efficiency. In addition, it can make the students and other people outside school more active, which also help students have a more healthy, complete and individual development. The researcher thinks we can break the borders between teachers by bringing forth new ideas in the schooling, increase the efficiency of class management and make students management more independently. We can also break the border between the teacher and students by changing the teachers' traditional educational mode of thinking to train students to learn autonomic. Finally, we can break the outer border of class management by flexible management tools and build a better educational pattern which is better for the students.
