The rapid development of computer technology and network technology provides a great convenience for distance education. Distance education has become an important means of lifelong education. The Seventeenth Party Congress clearly stated that to develop distance education and establish the system of lifelong education. Under the background of both has the condition of distance education and in the context of advocating lifelong learning, college graduates faced the problem of employment. Classroom knowledge far not meets demand for employment, students lack of employment knowledge, so difficult to competent with paid jobs.To resolve this problem requires to enhance the employment quality of undergraduates. So asked college students to learn school required courses, and then based on personal preferences and professional interest to select employment-related knowledge to learn. With the standardization of various industries, many industries are needed for special professional certification, all kinds of qualifications will become a stepping stone to a variety of work. Therefore, college student obtain a number of qualifications related with employment in college that can provide guaranty for favorable employment.Learn from the Education Ministry's'Digital Learning Harbor' education reform project experience, to promote to construct a learning platform that to improve the college students' job quality, that is,' University Digital Learning Platform'. Hope this platform can improve the employment quality of college students.In this thesis, several research methods were used. Literature research method:collecting, accessing a lot of literature, by analyzing the surveys, acquire research and development experience of digital learning harbor, and then reference to the design of University Digital learning platform. Questionnaire:by survey of university students, grasp the college students' current job quality status, and provide realistic basis for development of Digital Learning Harbor. Analysis existing digital learning harbor, learn their development skills ideas. Comprehensively analysis from function and structure, learned lessons, and identify the reasonable development ideas. And at last, design and development the University Digital Learning Harbor.This thesis has five chapters, the main contents in every chapter as follows:In first chapter is introduction. This part summarizes the background and significance of this thesis, and the present state of research, the main contents and research methods.In second chapter is the outline of the digital learning harbor. And which part is divided into two sections. The first section introduces the basic theory of digital learning, which includes the definition, connotation, pattern, characteristic and basic element of digital learning harbor. The second section introduces the basic theory of digital learning harbor, which contains the definition, connotation, type, organization and key technology of digital learning harbor.In third chapter is the investigation of the college students' current job quality status. Which part is divided into three sections, and in which three sections introduces the investigation process and result detailed. The first section introduces the theory basis of investigation, and the condition of investigation object. The second section sum up and analyze the investigation data. Based on the front two sections, the three section sums up the present condition of college students'job quality, and conclude that college students' job quality need to improve as soon as possible.The forth chapter is the chief part in this thesis, which introduces the design and realization of digital learning harbor. According to the theory of software project, first of all, analyze the requirement of platform, and put forward the target of platform based on which, then introduce the design principle. In the third section introduces the total design, in which include main model of system, the design of land function, and the design of function for manager and users, and safe design for system. In forth section, introduce the detail design and realization. Which include detail design of database, and design of every model in this platform, the development environment of system and key technology. Then show run results of some model. The fifth section is about the test of platform system.The fifth chapter is summary and prospect. In this part make the summary of all work.The main results of this paper is that put forward the' University Digital Learning Harbor', which also called'learning Supermarket' and which specifically for college students. Developed out of the'University Digital Learning Platform', the platform can help college students learn more employment-related knowledge.
