Engineering Master's Program In China Is Set In The Context Of New Industrialization

China made the new proposition "stick to a road of New Industrialization with Chinese characteristics", which puts new demands not only on China's New Industrialization process but also on higher engineering education which serves the national development. Through a questionnaire survey of different levels of Master of Engineering and interviews with experts in engineering education, I found some Problems of the current curriculum of Master of Engineering.Focusing on the Master of Engineering curriculum providing to adapt to the New-type industrialization process, summarized and researched the practical problems in curriculum providing of Master of Engineering in China, so as to establish a New-type industrialization development of China's Master of Engineering curriculum system for China's higher engineering technical personnel services of New Industrialization development and provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance. New Industrialization has high technological content. The characteristics of science and technology in New Industrialization are innovative wide, cutting-edge high, comprehensive strong and fast updates. The problems of curriculum providing of Master of Engineering in China are the lack of originality on the engineering and technology development, the lack of cutting-edge engineering technology, and comprehensive subjects are not strong, curriculum update could not keep pace with the speed of engineering and technology updates. Learn from the experience of Curriculum of Master of Engineering in developed countries:Curriculum attention starting point, wide base, setting wide; stress offering seminars and practical courses; focusing on interdisciplinary, setting integrated curriculum; concerned about the Master of Engineering Ethics Education. Against the current problems of Master of Engineering courses, combined with overseas experience in Master of Engineerings'curriculum, proposed Master of Engineering curriculum reform proposals:First, optimize the course structure, add to elective courses, emphasize the implementation of practical courses; second, focus on interdisciplinary, reflecting a large project concept, broaden and thicken the basis of theoretical courses, and add to the comprehensive curriculum and the creation courses; third, update the course content, add to engineering science and technology frontier courses, set up information courses, international courses, add to innovative research programs; fourth, highlight the characteristics of Master of Engineering in-service education.
