The management is that teachers complete the teaching task by a series of teaching manners such as controlling relationships and building harmonious conditions. The management's purpose is to create and maintain an environment for student learning. A good disrupt class is the basis of teaching activities, so teachers must constantly improve the management skill in class.With the rapid development of geographical science and Geographical information technology haying been applied to every field of our life, new challenging requirements come up with geography curriculum reform. Promoting quality-oriented education is the students' all-round development and life-long learning, building geography teaching which embody the idea of modern education, reflect the development of geographical science and conform social production and living. Geography teacher's task is to guide the students concerning global environmental and ecological problems and china's geographic problems during reform, opening-up and modernization for the best solution, Is to promote the scientific spirit and the people spirit, cultivate the innovation and awareness spirit of students, enhance social responsibility of people, strengthen the sustainable development concept of population, resources, environmental and social harmony. This is the era mission of the geography. The new needs of geographic education and geographical class management come up with new curriculum. In order to promote student's ability of dealing with a series of rapidly changing geographic problems, geography teachers must strictly adhere their old classroom managements and organizations.So, in order to know the problems in geography management, the author adopts a series of ways such as questionnaire survey, interview method and literature analysis.This article has five chapters:the first chapter is background, study meaning and research methods; the second chapter is the domestic and international study of classroom management research and the concept of this research; the third chapter analyses the effect factor in the management of the geography classroom from the psychological perspective; the fourth chapter is the findings' researches and analyses; the fifth chapter has proposed a series of effective strategies from classroom environment, classroom atmosphere and classroom discipline.Through the research on the theories and fulfillments of the geography management, the text contains three results:1. Building a good classroom environment is basis for effective geography classroom management; geography teachers should not only create a good ecological classroom physical environment, as well as create a positive classroom psychological environment.2. Geography teachers should enact discipline and mental, appropriate to the geographical characteristics of students in classroom, to help students do not intend to pay attention into conscious attention, intention to reduce disciplinary actions, so that whole class teaching activities in a coordinated.3. Geography teachers may develop good classroom atmosphere from all links of the classroom effectively, for virtuous interaction in the classroom.
