Classroom management is a dynamic process which aims to satisfy the development of students.It is a group activity that teachers according to some certain requirements,take some measures to lead the whole classmates to plan,organize,coordinate,control all kinds of resources,in order to realize the education goal.Classroom management is a kind of purposeful,planned,systematic social activity.The basic purpose of this activity is to realize the education goal,to make the students get a thorough and comprehensive development.That is to say,the classroom management refers to a series of activities that homeroom teachers,subject teachers,students and other people concerning the classes deal with the class affairs together,form the common class target and correct public opinions for collectivity,set up the perfect organization structure and reasonable regulations,offer the convenient study environment and favorable situation i order to facilitate the attainment to the education target.The class is an organization concept of school education and management unit,and whether the classroom management is successful or not determines the whole school's teaching quality.Therefore,to discuss classroom management problem is of vital importance and meaningful.This paper focuses on a primary school which lies in the country.This school is the very school where the author works.In this paper,the author came up with self-discipline classroom management by doing a lot of theoretical research.Self-discipline classroom management refers to teachers should pay great attention to developing students' self-manageability in the classroom management.Students' master-ship position should be made good use of and students should be led to play an important part in the classroom management.Teachers are supposed to respect the students' master-ship position,value them,respect their personality and stimulate their potential.Lead students to self-educate,self-develop,self-improve while taking active part in the activities of the classroom management.In order to make the classroom management go to self-discipline,teachers also have to help students to build the spirit of self-discipline.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part proposes the reason and meaningfulness of this paper and explains some concepts such as“classroom management”,“self-discipline”and do on.The second part analyzes the current situation and reasons of primary schools' classroom management in the country.Then the third part concludes the features of self-discipline classroom management.The fourth part proposes some strategies of self-discipline classroom management.All in all,this paper combines the theories and the practices together.It not only uses some true cases to illustrate the author's opinion,but also it uses some educational theories to analyze problems.
