My Teachers In The System Of Teachers' Qualifications In The Specialized Context Of Research

Teacher qualification system is an occupational licensing system. It can be used to choose excellent teachers by our government, to ensure the teachers' right and benefit. It is quite important to improve standard for teachers' profession and ensure the quality of education. Professional specialization of teachers,which is the tendency and direction of development for teacher profession, needs support from system. So teacher qualification system is .They have effect on each other, or restrict each other, or promote each other. On the standpoint of specialization of teachers, the thesis is to discuss the connotation about the system of teacher qualifications, and its relationship with professionalization of teachers, to analyze its problems on determination,examination,management in our country. According to requirements of contemporary education and teachers, the purpose of the thesis is to put forward constructive suggestions on all aspects of our teacher qualification system. The Paper includes four parts. Chapter I: Introduction. it discusses the origin of the study, purpose, and shows related literature review .Meanwhile, it helps readers know study ways,feasibility and innovation. Chapter II,which makes readers know briefly about the teacher qualification system, mainly discusses the content of teacher qualification system,its significance and its relationship with the teaching profession. The author analyzes problems of teacher qualification system in our country in Chapter III. These problems are divided into three aspects: analysis of the qualifications of teachers, including its identified conditions,identified institutions and procedures. The analysis of its examination: the examination objects,content and form. The analysis of its management:the management right of teacher qualifications, teacher qualifications' expiration date, the type of teacher qualifications and its intermediation. In the fourth chapter,the author, from the perspective of professional of teachers, puts forward six recommendations,including six sides:the consciousness,law,the qualifications of teachers, examination and management, and supporting measures,to solve problems that are raised in the previous chapter.
