Since the inception of teaching, educators do the research about effective teaching ofthe theory and practice all the times. How can teachers teach the students effectively, howcan students learn effectively, how to promote human’s development according to teachingare the key issues from our home and abroad. But classroom management is the basicconditions for survival, effective classroom teaching is an important guarantee for thesmooth implementation. It can determine the level of teaching quality, affect the speed andlevel of student development. Therefore, good classroom management is affecting theeffectiveness of teaching, it is one of the most powerful factor.The subject according to read lots of related literature, based on the domestic andforeign academic theory on effective teaching, classroom management is moving fromobey characteristics of traditional management to people-oriented, student development forthe purpose of effective management, school classroom management as well.This topic is divided into four parts, the first part of the relationship between effectiveteaching and classroom management: the second part of the investigation on the currentsituation of school classroom management under the concept of effective teaching; thethird part of the present situation of classroom management from the perspective ofeffective teaching; the fourth part of the process is effective teaching at the classroommanagement from the four aspects of the classroom management, promoting effectiveteaching school implementation strategy, and through teaching practice sufficientlyvalidated.Practice has proved, the optimization of classroom space management in the project,strengthening classroom time management, regulate classroom behavior management,attention to classroom management strategies are in large part to improve classroomteaching effectiveness. It’s an new curriculum content to ensure the effective implementation of the new teaching goals laid a foundation also for the general lineteachers provide operable reference.
