According to the current situation of composition teaching in junior middle school, this article integrates the teaching theories and teaching practices, and proposes the point of view of establishing sequences in composition teaching in junior middle school. In this article, it mainly discusses the basic hypothesis of how to establish sequences in composition teaching, which includes concreteness of general goals, applications on the goals of each phase, combination of reading and writing, respect to students'psychological development and so on. Moreover, it also points out the strategies of how to apply the sequencing teaching of composition, like accumulating writing samples, motivating their interest in writing, as well as utilizing the context in teaching and assisting students to do self-evaluation and self-correction.This article aims at improving the theories and practices of composition teaching through exploring the rules and methods of composition teaching. Hopefully, it can offer a teaching method of"consuming less but more effective"for all Chinese teachers teaching composition. Finally, it will enhance the student's comprehensive abilities, especially the writing ability, which can better meet their needs in future study and career.
