Migrant workers in cities of China's infrastructure and urban construction, one of the main driving force.China's reform and opening up of migrant workers and urban development process emerged out of a new type of labor force. Now around the country, 20 million children are in the flow of migrant workers among the total mobile population of 19.37%. Therefore, the Government in addressing the children of migrant workers to receive compulsory education, we should also attach importance to the city school children of migrant workers to accept more public schools in the continued development issues and these children receive compulsory education and junior secondary education after graduation. Education for children of migrant workers is difficult, difficult education is not just migrant workers are most concerned about this group is the most difficult problem, but also the universal compulsory education in China faces a new topic, but also an objective requirement for the harmonious development of urban and rural areas.
