A Study On The Harmony Of Compulsory Education For Migrant Workers’ Children Basing On School Level

Education equity is the important foundation of social justice. The Party’s17th NationalCongress explicitly proposes that ensuring children of rural migrant workers with economicdifficulties have equal access to compulsory education. Visible, fairness and justice is animportant idea to construct harmonious society. At present, the national education policy step bystep to ensure that the children of rural migrant workers and urban local students have equalopportunities access to compulsory education, although in the implementation existing kinds ofproblems, but at least has the institutional guarantee. Children of migrant workers attending theurban school is the first step to enjoy the education equity, what’s more important is that if theycan enjoy equal education process after they enter the public school. The children of ruralmigrant workers attend a poor migrant workers children school instead of the public schools forvarious reasons, if the founder can provide a good campus environment for the children of ruralmigrant workers is the problem that the whole society should be concerned about.This article analysis the present situation of migrant children to receive compulsoryeducation,and compulsory education problem of migrant children of City Public Schools andMigrant workers children school at present. There is difficulty in City Public Schools onintegration of migrant children and local students, and teachers’ reject migrant children, andthe parents of migrant children and the teachers are with not enough understanding.Theexsiting problem of Migrant workers children school are poor faculty and poor basic conditionsof teaching which are not good at migrant childrens’ healthy growth. This artical also probe theharmonious theory and the feasibility of the research on the problem of migrant childrencompulsory education. I investigate the problems of compulsory education of migrant childrenexsiting in public school and migrant workers children school in Beijing by Field trips,calculate the harmonious degree of compulsory education problem of migrant children by themethod of harmonious theory,which Providing a reliable basis for harmonious strategy. Atlast,constructing the strategy of harmonious public campus and harmonious Migrant workerschildren school form different perspects of teacters,parents,school,and the whole socity on thebasis of preamble.
