Study On Optimization Of Land Use Structure In Jiangdu District Of Yangzhou City

"Nature is the mother of wealth".Since ancient times, land is an indispensible foundation of economy and materials for mankind to rely on. land structure is within a certain area,and various factors of land in the projection area and space. Jiangdu district, as an important area of Yangzhou to Suzhou, and its land structure can be optimized by studying the relationship between land utilization and local social economic activities. Besides, it is good for the protection of limited land resources in Jiangdu and also can set a model for other districts. Otherwise, in light of the land utilization of Jiangdu, the sustainable development will be realized.In this paper, through literature analysis, data analysis and other methods, Jiangdu first zone status, in recent years, the change of land use structure are analyzed, then the Jiangdu district of benefit evaluation of land use structure, and then by linear programming to Jiangdu district land use structure optimization, and put forward policy Suggestions on the existing problems.The main conclusions:Ⅰ. The land of Jiangdu area is mainly utilized as constructional land and farmland, and its virgin soil is minimal. The land structure of Jiangdu is sole, and the contradiction among land structures is obvious.Ⅱ. The land structure of Jiangdu district changes constantly, showing the characteristics of the reduction of farmland and virgin soil. In terms of the change of space structure, it can be found that the trend of decline in proportion of farmland and its virgin soil, but the constructional land is on the rise.Ⅲ. The land structure of Jiangdu district land can be sufficiently utilized. However, for the constructional land, from the prospective of the whole province, still has a large gap with advanced areas, which indicates that the efficiency of constructional land of Jiangdu district need to improve.Ⅳ. Jiangdu District should further advantage of the first industries to create the first industry with its own characteristics; efforts to improve the output per unit area of the second industry; because Jiangdu near Yangzhou, therefore, should be appropriate to the development of tertiary industry.
