The purpose of career planning is through the efforts of enterprises and individuals, make the enterprise goal and personal goal is consistent, and self-worth for employees, enterprises obtain great human capital, in order to successfully achieve business goals. The significance of employee career management lies in:first, to improve the talent training pertinence, career planning management, is advantageous to the enterprise according to the development needs, targeted training talents, resources and means such as the training management focus on the required post personnel, realize the rational allocation of resources, help people to grow up as soon as possible. Second, to improve employee self positioning accuracy, and enhance staffs ability to grasp the professional environment and control to the plight of vocational ability, abandon the position not ascend the professional success of old ideas, to have an accurate positioning, on the stage of work in the enterprise to provide better play their best talents and abilities.This article is in the full understanding about the specific development of the career planning, in the reality of YD company objective, on the basis of in-depth analysis, further in-depth analysis of YD staff career planning, design a set of consistent with the property nature of the industry itself, both in our country is very has the characteristics of the employee career development design. On this foundation to continuously refine mutual confluence, the three kinds of mode transformation, makes the three plates closer together. For YD company performance appraisal, can to each department to make corresponding changes to employee compensation, maximum limit arouse the enthusiasm of YD company staff as much as possible. Hope the results can help to improve the enterprise core competitiveness and operating performance.
