| Transportation play an important role as an important guarantee conditions in the development of regional economy.21st century is the most important period in history of high-speed rail development in China. In 2002, the traffic of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated line indicates that China has built its first high-speed railway line. In August 2008, Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail was put into use, which speeds of up to 350km/h. In November 2008, The railway Ministry introduced a new planning program, which promotes intercity rail break through the limitations of the three major metropolitan area and extend to other metropolitan area, such as Guanzhong, Zhongyuan,Wuhan, Chang-Zhu-Tan,the West side of the Taiwan Straits and other economically developed areas. According to statistic of 2013, we can see that of high-speed railway in China has more than 10,000 kilometers. By the end of 2014, 42 domestic adjustment railway lines have completed, which formed "four vertical and four horizontal" basic model and the total mileage was more than 13000 kilometers. It is expected to be in 2020, total mileage of high-speed railway in China will break through 120,000 kilometers, while passenger transport mileage will be over 16,000 kilometers.High-speed railway era is coming. After the run-through of high-speed railway, Wuhan, as the central city of the central region, was deeply influenced by high-speed railway, becomes China’s important economic hub connecting the East and West. Meanwhile, the importance of the domestic market in central China is growing, while external demand is beginning to slowly decline. In this environment, Wuhan became center which the economic extensions towards West China must pass through because of the special location, and the change of market structure brings new business opportunities for Wuhan, which indicates "Pan Pearl River Delta" regional economic structure has originally taken shape. High-speed railway development will further enhance the construction of Wuhan as regional economic center, which has vital and far-reaching significance and influence for regional development and growth.Domestic high-speed rail study on the influence of the regional economic is rich, but there are limitations. The research always focuses on metropolitan areas, but ignores the interaction between the big plates of the region. This paper is based on this point, selects the area of Wuhan as an example, analyzes high-speed rail contact strength of urban agglomerations, expands research space, gets the conclusion that high-speed rail development as an opportunity, promotes the economic development in the region by shifting the advantages of high-speed rail into regional advantage. This research has collected a large amount of domestic and foreign literature, from three perspective of city integration, big regional plate linkage development and strategic cooperation between cities, examined the influence of high-speed railway on regional economic, confirmed high-speed railway development may led to innovation of regional economy, which plays an important role and far-reaching effect in improving production efficiency, and optimizing productivity layout. |
