Research On The Impact Of High-Speed Railway On Regional Economic Development

High-speed railway,as an important part of the transportation system,is the most effective way to solve the problem of rapid passenger transport on the large corridor.For our country,in the end of 2016,the national high-speed rail operating mileage has reached 22,000 km and "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway network formed basically.At the same time,our high-speed railway has a wide range of financial losses.Because of large-scale construction of high-speed rail and rising debt,so it is very important to evaluate the impact of high-speed railway on regional economic development.According to the summary of the domestic and overseas research,three aspects of regional economic development mechanism of the high-speed railway have been analyzed.I will research from three aspects that promoting regional economic growth,improving regional accessibility,promoting industrial structure optimization.In the empirical analysis,taking Jinan-Qingdao DPL as an example,the paper studies its influence on the regional economic development along the line.The research method is mainly based on the system dynamics method,supplemented by other methods.Using the panel data to study whether the impact of Jinan-Qingdao DPL on the influence of four cities is significant,the degree of impact is the same.Using descriptive statistical analysis to study the opening of the city accessibility,employment structure changes before and after of Jinan-Qingdao DPL.The most important thing is to measure its impact on the total economy when we study the impact of high-speed rail on regional economic development.How much of the impact has been is that we have been interested in the issue,from the characteristics of the system dynamics and its analysis of high-speed rail on the regional economic impact of the literature so little,this paper mainly applies this method to study.Jinan-Qingdao DPL on the regional economy The impact of the calculation.Therefore,we use Vensim software to establish the system dynamics model to study the impact of Jinan-Qingdao DPL on the regional economic development,and calculate the benefits that have been achieved.The study of the fixed effect model of panel data shows that the opening of Jinan-Qingdao DPL has a significant impact on the regional economy.But it have different influence sizes for different development cities.The greatest impact on Qingdao,followed by Jinan.Jinan-Qingdao DPL is conducive to optimizing the industrial structure of the region cities.It improved the accessibility of the cities,and have the largest influence on Qingdao in the largest increase in accessibility,reaching.Through the study of system dynamics model,found that from 2009 to 2015,the regional economic growth has been promoted,and the economic benefit of the regional economy has reached 133.9 billion yuan.The average contribution rate to GDP is 1.56%.Among them,it has the greatest impact on regional tertiary industry development,having reached 80.3 billion yuan,the impact on the secondary industry followed and having no effect on the primary industry basically.
