Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Listed Companies In Cultural Industry

In the recent years,with the development and social progress of the science and the techno logy,the cultural industry of China develops rapidly.So,as an important carrier of the cultural industry,the cultural listed companies have achieved remarkable results,whether in the business concepts,the management and change in the governance mechanisms.However,because the reform is not complete,the historical issues solved imperfectly and the features of the China’s cultural industry in the developing process of the cultural industries listed companies,the performance evaluation of the cultural industry listed companies become complicated.So, according to the specific attributes of the cultural industry,based on the management, the economics theory,the paper research the cultural industry listed companies and build the evaluation index system that adapts to the condition of China.And the method has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the existing domestic and foreign literature on cultural enterprise performance evaluation were consolidated, and performance evaluation and the related concepts are defined. And the paper introduces the historical process of performance evaluation system,makes the enterprise capabilities theory,stakeholder theory and other theories basis clearly.Then on the basis of theoretical research,the paper explores the factors that affect performance of the cultural enterprises deeply, builds the seven level indicators, seventeen secondary indicators of cultural enterprise performance evaluation system, and collects the databases through GTA database and company reports,etc.It evaluates the cultural enterprise performance evaluation system,by using SPSS 17.0 that is a statistical software for factor analysis.Finally, based on the issues and the process of empirical research results of the study found, the paper suggests the operable advices,such as strengthening corporate social responsibility,establishing and improving a modern corporate governance system, strengthening the creative development,avoiding the homogenization of development. It provides references for the promotion of healthy development of cultural industry listed companies.
