Organizational socialization of new employees refers to the process that new staffs get the information and resource via enterprise’s guidance and help, then adjust their work skills, behaviors, attitudes and values to adapt to enterprise value system, development goals and behavior norms, finally result in effective integration between them and their employer. The new employee group is the fresh blood of enterprises, they help them ensure the sustainable development and developmental activity, how to select, use, improve and keep their flesh resources has always been an important task of enterprise human resources management, especially in today’s market situation with such constant change. But nowadays, enterprises are facing increasingly serious problem of new employees’ organizational socialization as the Cenozoic era has become the main force of enterprises’ fresh supply. They generally showed low integration, high turnover rate, frequent job hopping and poor performance, all these brought great influence to the enterprises’ development.To clarify the real needs of new employees for now, find out the practical factors that influence the newcomers’ organizational socialization process, and solve the existing problems. This research adopt questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews to discuss the influence factors structure of their organizational socialization under the background of modern enterprise management based on related theories. Then dig out management points and loopholes through comprehensive analysis about effectiveness and difference. Finally, we summarize some more practical and effective organizational socialization management suggestions for managers from the perspective of management thought, recruitment & selection, entry system, integrated management system and corporate culture.
