Total quality management is the enterprise in the management process always focus on improve the quality, reduce the failure rate as the goal, improve enterprise staffs positive participation, to enhance customer satisfaction, mining the customer demand, with cloud computing accurate analysis of products production and quality test of each a link, through the efforts of all staff, organization and coordination development, real-time follow-up, in order to optimal quality management concept, this concept is summed up as Six Sigma quality management system. The attitude of excellence enterprise development gradually more and more attention of enterprise in the global scope, many countries and well-known enterprises are constantly trying to improve. To promote the Six Sigma quality management system of continuous progress and national scientific research institutions, each national enterprise applications with their own practice, the Six Sigma theory put forward the supplement and the development of innovation. This paper focuses on the application of Six Sigma quality management in E company.In this paper, from the perspective of science of organizational behavior, using six sigma management theory, for e company in product quality management, production process optimization, process reform of existing problems, to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the summary, through the consolidation and reconstruction of Six Sigma theory theory system, for the development of e company quality management. This paper in order to solve the problem as the goal, through the use of scientific management science principle, organization behavior science, economics and other related theories and tools, access to a large number of domestic and foreign documents, and referring to the domestic and foreign relevant theories and research results, summarize and analyze the defects and deficiencies in quality management of company E, e design company to implement Six Sigma management system scheme, from the Six Sigma management at home and abroad research and application status of the paper is divided into the following three main parts.First, analyzing the research achievements of the Six Sigma quality management theory·from the theoretical point of view,tracing the essence and core of the Six Sigma quality management,analysis of the status of Six Sigma quality management in E company; secondly,a clear Six Sigma quality management system in the domestic and foreign well-known enterprises successful factors’ comparison and demonstration proposed e Six Sigma quality management improvement scheme design. Finally, in E company industry general product design and quality improved, for example,combined with the actual case analysis of E company to implement Six Sigma quality management improvement program effectiveness and the development trend in the future.
