A Study On The Coordinated Development Of Rural Labor Transfer And Urbanization In Jiangsu Province

Rural labor transfer and the development of urbanization affect and restrict each other. The inflow of rural labor force growing the urban population, and the population of the migration process to speed up the information, capital and other towns and villages in between flow rate. However, if only pursue the number of rural labor transfer but ignore the quality, then the level of urbanization will not high. On the contrary, if the level of urban development is not sufficient to accommodate a large number of rural migrant workers, it will face many thorny social issues. On the use of systems theory research methods, and specific factors constituting both the system was further explored.Through the calculation of Jiangsu Province rural labor transfer number and the urbanization development level of coordination degree, understand whether it is benign and interactive, find out the deep-seated causes of the coordinated development, further put forward suggestion of Jiangsu Province and the transfer of rural labor force of urbanization coordinated development.
