In this dissertation, we take Zhengkai road and Jing-Gang-Ao highway interchange BT project as a case to study the BT project risk management problem. Firstly, we summarize the theory related to the BT project risk management, tease both domestic and foreign literature. Then, this paper introduces the basic conditions of Zhengkai road and Jing-Gang-Ao highway interchange BT project. Next, we make risk identification the Zhengkai road and Jing-Gang-Ao highway interchange BT project, construct evaluation system based on AHP method, and carry on the empirical analysis by using expert scoring method. The results shows that, the overall risk of the Zhengkai road and Jing-Gang-Ao highway interchange BT project is relatively low, the main risk of the project lies in the interest rate risk, lack of funds, equipment and material supply risk and the risk of operating decisions etc.. Based on the results of the risk identification and evaluation, this paper puts forward the risk response strategy of Zhengkai road and Jing-Gang-Ao highway interchange BT project, and the analysis and prospect of research on related issues. The research of this paper has certain guiding value to the project participants in risk management, meanwhile, provide some reference for domestic BT project research and operations, have certain theoretical and practical significance. |
