In recent years, the attention of vocational education is obviously enhanced, and the secondary vocational education as one of the elements, the development speed is more and more fast. Secondary vocational schools of sustained and stable development to become the school needs to focus on the problem, the school-based curriculum of the "exotic" for the school sustainable development provides a new direction. At the present stage, the research of school-based curriculum, mostly stay in the primary and secondary schools and colleges and universities, this study to Yunnan Provincial Tourism School as an example by research of " Simulated Tourist " school-based curriculum development, to carry on some discussions to the school-based curriculum development in secondary vocational school.In this study, the use of literature analysis, education survey, case study and other methods, to carry out the investigation and research of school-based curriculum development in Vocational schools. Mainly on the development of school-based curriculum, necessity and feasibility of developing school-based curriculum, and the practice of school-based curriculum, and the effectiveness of the implementation of the evaluation, existence of school-based curriculum development problems and improvement measures were discussed. Paper is divided into six parts:The introduction part introduces the reason of choosing this topic, research content and significance, research ideas and methods, the innovation of the research, the definition of related concepts, literature review, theoretical basis and so on.The first part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of the school based curriculum in the simulated tourist of Yunnan Provincial Tourism School. Through the questionnaire, the present situation of the implementation of the course of tour guide service was concluded, and the necessity and feasibility of the development of school based curriculum were investigated.The second part describes the development and implementation process of the school based curriculum of the simulated tourist in Yunnan Provincial Tourism School. The practice course of the school based curriculum development of simulated tourist is recorded from the aspects of the preparation, the preparation of school-based textbooks and the implementation of school-based curriculum.In the third part, the effect of school-based curriculum implementation is evaluated. Through the two questionnaires, interviews, feedback, and so on, reflecting the evaluation of teachers, students, enterprises on the curriculum, so as to draw the effect of school-based curriculum development.The fourth part, in view of the problems found in the process of the development of school-based curriculum, from schools, teachers, curriculum, students, external resources for improvement thinking, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the school-based curriculum.In the conclusion part, the research shows that:First, school based curriculum development in secondary vocational schools as an important measure to promote the reform of curriculum.Second, secondary vocational schools should be closely linked to Dole "4R" curriculum theory in school-based curriculum development(abundance, regression, correlation, tightness).Third, secondary vocational schools in school-based curriculum development to sustained attention and follow Skilbeck of school-based curriculum development and implementation of five steps(analysis of situation-- preparation of goal--preparation program-- explanation and implementation-- tracking and reconstruction) for school-based curriculum development cycle up.Fourth, the secondary vocational schools in school-based curriculum development should pay attention to the construction of hardware and software facilities.The school-based curriculum development in secondary vocational schools is an important part of the school curriculum reform, is the effective way to show the features of running a school, is to promote the school sustainable development necessary measure, which is the most important value.
