Postal Enterprises In Inner Mongolia Information Construction

China Post is an enterprise of one- hundred -year history with good reputations and brands, managing a variety of businesses. In recent years, with the emergence of new technologies, especially the rapid development of information technology, all traditional businesses of China Post have been suffered serious impact. To survive and develop, China Post must improve the technology content of services, apply the new technologies and put up with new ideas to rebuild the businesses. Only by this way can it meet the requirements of the market and the whole society.Just under such background, the informalization process of Inner Mongolia postal enterprises has been gone ahead steadily, and in 1995 the construction of the banking procedure where deposits and withdrawals were processed at any branch bank of Inner Mongolia with those in the other provinces of China could be considered as the beginning of the Inner Mongolia post informalization process in recent years. After that, the postal integrated computer network was born in 1999, which was the most representative and basal network.By the December of 2004, the items finished by the informalization construction of Inner Mongolia integrated network and other application systems include the followings: post savings and the intermediate business processing panel, E-remittance, private branch exchange, video-phone conference system, the 183 website, the 185 client service center, EMS system, the management system of postage and stamps, the issuance of newspaper and periodicals, phone bank, electronical branch bureau .center bureau production and working, short-message platform, large client software, the management system of financial affairs. So far it can be said that all the traditional postal businesses have been involved in the information platform of postal integrated network. At the same time some new operation systems have been appropriately put forward. The postal informalization construction of Inner Mongolia has been becoming the key backup power of business development.So what impacts on Inner Mongolia Post have been brought by technology development and informalization construction, what are the trend and key point of informalization process for the certain period of the future, and to which problems we should pay attention, all of which questions are worth thinking over and probing into for every post-person. This paper is trying to analyze the impacts and changes of enterprises brought by informalization, analyze the troubles met in the informalization construction based on the informalization construction process and the status of Inner Mongolia postal integrated network, together with the other application systems. Based on the stage and developmental trend of Inner Mongolia postal informalization development, the work principles of informalization construction and the work point of enterprises informalization for the certain period of the future were put forward in this paper, aiming at all above questions.
