| With the developing of modern enterprise business mode and management policy, the content, direction and emphasis of Human Resources Management (HRM) are changing, so as the method, In the whole development, enterprise culture will be the guarantee of efficient HRM. Enterprise culture is a giant and complex system, including enterprise material culture, behavior culture, institution culture and mentality culture. After the different layers of enterprise culture have been categorized, the human resource department of the enterprise can use different measures separately to build the health enterprise culture.This paper presents some methodologies of private enterprise culture building, by using an instance that an private enterprise imported ECM to confirm the private enterprise management system, thereby to go through the crisis. Finally, it concludes seven key points to construct the enterprise culture.This paper includes five parts.
