A Supply Chain (SC) is a functional network, which connects the supplier, the manufacturer, the distributor, the retail merchant and the end-customer, to resist management difficulty and risk brought by the economical globalization. This management pattern is intended to collect various virtues and obtain the competitive advantage in the long-term stable cooperation process. The pattern aims at"Best Whole", for the members of SC, which means trusting each other and sharing the information. Meanwhile, as independent enterprises, they have their own benefits. What's more, they also fear that the commercial secrets will be revealed. Then they cannot get the full trust, the union plan, or share the important information with their partners.However Supply Chain Management (SCM) has the inner ethical request and characteristics: Viewed from the interior, mutual trust can strengthen the members'cohesive force as a moral guarantee, and"information sharing"can realize the"customer value"more quickly, better, and more economical by causing the fund flow, the material flow, the information flow unimpeded.Viewed from the exterior, more global supply chains carry out the ethical authentication system and attach great importance to reverse logistics. Yielding to demands from the public, the member enterprises are undertaking the environment and society responsibility, which has already become the important constituent of the supply chain competitive power.At the present time, the domestic and foreign researches on SCM still adherence to the economic efficiency. The moral requirements such as trust, cooperation, information sharing are in a dependent or subordinate position. This thesis analyses ethics support in SCM with some important concepts of Business Ethics, especially studies the vital significance of ethical standards and moral responsibilities.This thesis consists of five parts.
