With the accelerating of economic globalization trend and increasing of international intercourse frequency, conventions and exhibitions have been paid more attention all over the world for their functions on promoting economic communication and trade development. Convention & Exhibition economy is a new type of economy, whose main parts are conventions and exhibitions, and it is an outcome of social economy development.As an important aspect and burgeoning industry of the third industry in our country, modern convention & exhibition industry shows a favorable development prospect. Since reform and opening policy was carried out, convention & exhibition industry has developed with a rate of 20% per year, which shows that convention & exhibition industry is a brilliant industry in China. But convention & exhibition industry in our country is still in the infancy phase whose scale, structure, specialization and internationalization degrees can't compared to that of German, America and other developed countries. At present our convention & exhibition industry still has many problems, such as lack of industry supervision, vicious competition, shortage of exhibition ground, low degree of customer service satisfactory and short of specialized personnel and so on.
