Industry's Core Competitiveness Theory And Empirical Analysis

On the basis of synthetically researching and assessing the enterprise's core competence theory, this paper exchanges the object of the core competence theory from enterprise to industry and puts forward the concept of the industry's core competence, combined with the development of the industry and the improvement .of the industrial international competence. Then, the paper explains the characters and elements of the concept, analyzes the relationships and differences between other close concepts and this one, discusses particularly the background about how it is put forward and it's great significance, so as to provide a new angle of view to improve the theory and practice of the industrial international competence.During the course of establishing the assessing system of the industry's core competence, this paper introduces dark synthesis judgment and other methods, aiming at the filter and sort of its elements and the uncertainty of index measuring. These methods provide very important means to assess the industry's core competence quantificationally.Through the practical analysis, this paper combines the industry's core competence theory with the development of electronic information industry, and also combines theory with practice. It tries to analyze the present conditions of the core competence of our electronic information industry, and to put forward some policy proposals of cultivating and improving the core competence of our electronic information industry.
