| Region innovation system (ab.RIS) has its three functions to regoin economy: upgrading industrial structure; engendering competition strength and realizing great leap forward development. Some regions obtain great development by constructing RIS, such as Changjiang Region and Zhujiang Region. Some regions short of natural resource and lagged in industry developing can implement great leap forward development by constructing RIS.
