The fundamental element for improving competition and keeping development in an enterprise is technology upgrading and developing. The main power, which can process the technology upgrading and developing for enterprise, is technical employee of Petroleum exploration technology (ZPEB) study institute. How to evaluate them ability, inspirit their potential, develop their wisdom , improve their achievement is the most important problem that is concerned by managers in science institute.Basing on the "360 degree performance appraisal" (DPA) and combining the real situation of ZPEB, We design a set of performance appraisal system for the science worker in the middle class. It combines the index of quantity and quality to evaluate the employee from multi-aspects in order to promote the ability of employee and their work performance develop the potential capacity so that the enterprise's manage level can be updated continually.This article is involved in three key problems: what will be evaluated (the examination system built), How to evaluate (the examination method setup), How can the results be used (the communication and upgrading of performance).By the way, this article has also explain the following issues: why we choose the 360 DPA system, the aim of evaluation, the period of evaluation, the program of evaluation, the selection and training of examiners, the designing of evaluating document and table, the relationship between the team performance and individual's performance and so on. |
