Wetland Parks have appeared in our country, and wetland ecotourism is developing fast in the recent years. This paper probes into the construction of the wetland national park and its ecotourism development, by referencing the experience of overseas national parks and their ecotourism development and according as the circumstance of the inland wetland reserves. This paper investigates the seashore wetland in the Yancheng city, and makes some suggestions to build the Yancheng Wetland National Park and develop the wetland ecotourism.Proceeding with the analysis of the developing actuality of the wetland ecotourism, this paper expounds that the wetland ecotourism is one of the best ways of resolving the dilemma of wetland conservation and development, is a useful and complementary form for wetland reserves, can restore the ecosystem and conserve the wetland reserve, and embodies the benefits of ecological, economic and societal.This paper demonstrates the national park is a useful and complementary form for natural conservations from the goals and functions of it, analysis the accomplishments of the construction and development of the oversea national park, and suggests wetland reserves should develop the ecotourism by constructing the wetland national park.According to the basic theoretic of the ecotourism development and the characteristic of the ecotourism system, this paper has a deep analysis on the ecotourism system of the wetland national park, and tries to build the ecotourismdevelopment pattern of the wetland national park, which includes the five parts------the environment conservation pattern, the spatial arrangement pattern, the production exploitation pattern, the market exploitation pattern, and the administration pattern. The paper also analyzes the case of the Yancheng Wetland National Park.
