The labor relationships of enterprises are the socioeconomic relations of benefits formed in the process of laboring between labor users or supervisors and laborers or employees in enterprises. The labor relationship of enterprises considering the core of the study on the relations of employment is the specific field in human resource management influenced by the economy, technology, policies, law system and cultural background of society.The article firstly analyses the history development of labor relations in China, generalizing the characteristics of the complication and transition of labor relationships in Chinese enterprises at present, pointing out the new problems in the relations during the period of transition and the challenges of human resource management Chinese enterprises meet which include the problems of illegal labor relations, payment, protection of the weak group employment, workers' status conversion from enterprises system adjustment and the labor relationship problems encountered in restructuring of enterprises, the deflexion of the role of labor union, protection of business secrets in labor relations and company regulations cracked down by laws etc. Secondly, it introduces the theory of western labor relations describing the history evolvement of labor management and practices in western countries and summarizes labor management philosophies of contemporary enterprises with the labor relations management of late conservatism and the schools of human managerialism, systematism and radicalism. It expatiates upon the role theories of managers, management system and tactics of the labor relations in enterprises as well as the basic characters and principles of establishing the harmonious Chinese socialist society to provide the theory foundation of constructing Chinese harmonious labor relations.The article puts forward the suggestions and solutions of dealing with the labor relations in China with Chinese realistic situation, including the improvement of law policies, the management of labor relations, the regulations of human, resources by laws, the protection system of labor dissensions, the strengthening measures of the contract process, the criterion of fulfillment in constructing labor contract, the proper solutions for the changing labor relations with reconstruction of enterprises and transfer of working places, building up the harmony system of labor relations with the four functions of labor union, intensifying the protection of business secrets, establishing the characteristic international regulations with contemporary opportunities. Finally it concludes that we should construct the harmonious enterprise labor relations based on cooperation and win-win policies.
