Harmonious labor relationship is important to people's livelihood.With the development of the economy,conflicts between labor and business are increasing,the causes are more diversified,the occurrence of labor disputes increased gradually.As the labor is generally in a weak position,the interests of the labor is often damaged by some illegal enterprises.In order to coordinate the relationship between the labor and the enterprise,protect the interests both of the workers and the enterprises,and maintain social harmony and stability,we must reform the labor relations and create a new type of labor relations in line with the development of socialist harmonious society.This is of great significance to promote social stability and development,improve people's living standards and promote rapid economic growth.The article through questionnaire survey and individual interview and consulting relevant documents on the harmonious labor relations,to form the questionnaire and the individual outline,using SPSS19.0 software to analyze the data.To explore the main problems existing in the harmonious labor relations construction of Chengdu Jinniu District City,based on the analysis of the main causes of Chengdu Jinniu District City,the establishment of harmonious labor relations in Chengdu Jinniu District City,and finally seek to build harmonious labor relations countermeasures and suggestions.This paper argues that the government as the people's right of the consignor,the people's representatives of will,the regulator of social relations,in the construction of a harmonious social relations should be duty-bound,should play a role in politics,economy,law,social management and public service,should deepen the role of government regulation and improve the relevant mechanisms to achieve full coverage of the labor contract system,improve the enterprise wage distribution control system,improve the three party mechanism to improve social synergy mechanism.Enterprises should stick to sign labor contract,enhance the legal consciousness of enterprise operators and protect the lawful rights and interests of workers,increase propagate laws and regulations and supporting policies.Workers should continue to enhance the consciousness and improve their comprehensive quality.Play a role of federation of trade unions,enterprises;improve the tri-partite mechanism for the maintenance enterprises and the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
