In the 21st century, environment protection has become the main subject of the global development. Although China has invested a lot of capital into environment protection, it can't satisfy the society's needs. As our country became a member of WTO, the traditional duty has reduced gradually until cancelled. With the name of protecting human health and environment protection, some developed countries are building up the Green-Barrier on our industry and agriculture.How can our enterprises have the competitive power in the international trade? This becomes the driving force of my study.I believe, to avoid the damages of the Green-Barrier to our economy, is to collect this study to the sustainable development of domestic economy. In this paper, I want to make the breakthrough in the following aspects:1,How the consumption preference creates the Green-Barrier and the inside economical meaning and accuracy of this deduction?2,The influence of the Green-Barrier to our industry and agriculture can not be neglected. The influence includes positive and negative aspects.3,How can be the Green-Barrier connected to the development of industry and agriculture?4,Introduce the concept of Supply-Chain Management.5,Introduce the CDM-clean development mechanism and require all branches of government to participate into it in order to deal with our air pollution with the other countries'capital.In the 1st chapter, this paper makes some explanation of Chinese environment and the development of environmental industries.
