In the 21st century, environment protection has become the main subject of the global development. Although China has invested a lot of capital into environment protection, it can't satisfy the society's needs. As our country became a member of WTO, the traditional duty has reduced gradually until cancelled. With the name of protecting human health and environment protection, some developed countries are building up the Green-Barrier on our industry and agriculture.How can our enterprises have the competitive power in the international trade? This becomes the driving force of my study.I believe, to avoid the damages of the Green-Barrier to our economy, is to collect this study to the sustainable development of domestic economy.
