Xi'an Urban And Rural Land-use Structure And Layout Optimization Study

In recent years, along with the deepening of the policy reform and open to the outside world , as well as the speeding up of urbanization advancement, the cities' non-agriculture construction uses are increasing rapidly year by year, and the cities' scale is expanding unceasingly. The economical development, the population increase, and at the same time the wasting and unreasonably use of the land resource, intensify China's land resource usage contradiction, which has been prominent day by day. The issue of how to use the scarce land resource efficiently, how to protect it effectively and make it developing sustainably has become a significant question both in theory and practice.The research of this paper about the usage structure and optimized layout of Xi'an city and its countryside and the countermeasures will be advantageous in promoting the intensive use of the land, optimizing the usage structure, making the reasonable use of the land resource be the promotion method of the economical development both for Xi'an and our country.By the approach of combining the theoretical and empirical analysis, and integrating the qualitative and quantitative methods, the synthesized analysis and so on, this paper studied the issue quantitatively with the gray system method, the tendency pre-measurement, the information entropy and the even weights and measures theory and so on.
