In all of the municipal public utilities, the waste water treatment industry got started late in our country. The development of the waste water treatment industrial is far away behind the economy development and the citified course .At present ,the capacity of the waste water treatment can not meet the needs of the sustainable development of economy and society and city resident life. The reformation and development of waste water treatment industry is an important task to the municipal public utilities.ZaoZhuang waste water treatment plant is an institution up to now and the restructuring is unavoidable under the new condition. The way of operation and management of enterprise would bring up many changes for the unit. Not only social benefits, but also economic benefits are the important goal of enterprise .The performance appraisal would play an important role in it. So, it has important reality significance to study present situation and countermeasure of performance appraisal of stuffs in order to meet the needs of enterprise operation. The problems of performance appraisal of stuffs at the basic level at present, include the following aspects: low attention to performance appraisal of stuffs and vague objective location of performance appraisal; lack of performance appraisal technology and correct attitude. Lack of the standard and content of performance appraisal system and short of design feasibility; rare coordination by stuffs. The performance appraisal lacks a feedback system.Based on the analysis of present situation, the author proposes the performance appraisal countermeasure to meet the enterprise operation at present and in the future. The performance appraisal system is based on the work standard. For the credence and effectiveness of the performance appraisal system, the author designs a strict program. The author hopes that this article could help the units of waste water treatment set up effective performance appraisal system and meet the needs of enterprise operation.
