In this paper,I make the bearing cage as the research object, and according to the characteristics and requirements of the stamping die design and die design to research process and parameters.First,we have a brief introduction on the stamping die design basis,and analysis and discuss preliminary on the sheet metal forming properties of;Then designed the stamping die according to the characteristics and the structure of the bearing cage.Finally,use the finite element analysis software Deform to simulate and analysis the stamping process, focusing on how does clearance of punching effect on the stamping process,based on this,we have selected the optimized parameter of the mould,and found the best clearance of punching,and achieved good results.And through experiments to research how does the different sheet metal thickness impact clearance of punching.I put the sheet metal forming finite element analysis method into the die design process in this thesis.It can significantly reduce production costs so as to guide the design and production of stamping products,and found ways and means for the production in the future.
