Research And Realization Of Automation Of Electric Network Management In 35kV Unattended Substation

With the development of electric power system, the automation of electric network management had played an important role of keeping safety, reliability, and economy. It will be developing with the tendency of system and specialty, and then it will be one of the three main supportive of the electronic safety, reliability, and economy. The using of automation of electric network management system will make the electricity company more effective, and realize the development of the modern technology. SCADA system will be firstly used in the automation of electric network management, it is the basic of the realization of the EMS/DMS system, and also will provide the situation and other conditions of the electricity system. After some years' development, the electricity system is gradually be perfect, but with the quick development of the society, electricity system, and the computer system, SCADA system must turn into EMS/DMS system step by step.In this article, we do the research and design to the automation of electric network management system of BaZhou power supply bureau. We make computer as the core of the control system, including real-time information collection and display system, as well as for real-time calculation, analysis, controlling software system. Information collection and display system with data acquisition, display, security, testing, operating conditions and real-time control of calculation and analysis functions, part of the collection of information in the substation as remote client, part of the dispatch center is located is called scheduling client. Software system from a static state estimation, automatic generation control, optimal power flow, automatic voltage and reactive power control, load forecasting, optimal stopping plans to open units, security surveillance and safety analysis, emergency control and circuit recovery components. Through the above procedure, dispatcher can be find problems of network, scheduling automation system, and then they can be familiar with scheduling interns work, and avoid some unnecessary errors.
