Nowadays, sustainable development has become a common destination that all people pursuit, and a wave of green building research also has been set off. With the maturation of green architecture research, it is necessary for us to set up a precise, objective assessment system to provide a valuable reference for the development of green buildings in China. On the basis of evaluation index system which provide by the"Evaluation Technology of Shaanxi Province Green Building Regulations", fuzzy synthesis evaluation is introduced in the green building evaluation, and the green building evaluation system is also developed. In this way, we can acquire a more reliable evaluation result through analyzing the actual data conveniently.Firstly, the characteristic of green building and its research status is introduced in this paper, at the same time, the fuzzy synthesis evaluation model is also explained in detail. This algorithm can be received as a improvement of AHP via constructing a ellipse membership function, using a new method to determine the weight G1 algorithm, on the basis of analyzing several common membership function. Secondly, this paper evaluates green building by using two-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation method. As the Residential building for example, it considers the influence of six first-level Indicators, and 40 second-level Indicators in the area of land-saving, outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy. On the basis of the method mentioned above, this paper uses expert scoring method, trapezoidal triangle membership function method and ellipse membership function method to evaluate a building, and the results are similar, which ensure that the result is scientific and accurate. At last, the method of ellipse membership function is used to green building evaluation system, this system can not only improve the evaluation job, but also can promote the efficiency and veracity in the area of evaluating the green building.
